Under a $5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) Greenovation program is providing training/placement opportunities to qualified candidates for the state’s construction, energy efficiency services, and related sectors. Day-to-day administration is being a consortium that includes Oklahoma State University-Institute of Technology, Oklahoma State University-OKC, and Tulsa Community College. Under the program, qualified applicants from any state can receive full funding for:
