CGBF has been working closely with teachers at Metro Early College High School (MECHS) and administrators at PAST Foundation to develop career based curriculum modules for the students in the two specific areas of Growth & Energy Learning Labs. The students are exposed to renewable energy and sustainable land & farming practices through expert presentations, engaging in field trips, actively working on hands-on projects, researching and selecting their individual Capstone projects that reflect internship projects and presenting their work in a poster presentation to judges & the public at the end of the school year in May. Our main teaching collaborator on this project taught Financial Literacy to the MECHS students and is a perfect partner in bringing the two concepts of environmental sustainability & financial literacy together to encourage out of the box thinking.

CGBF has also partnered with Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering (FABE) Department at The Ohio State University to develop an Undergraduate program on Green Construction.  Click this link to see the program details.
